The price of each ticket/visit voucher includes the use of all attractions for which there are requirements based on age and height.
Services are available to all visitors, some of which are included in the entrance price – the most necessary amenities, while others are optional and are for an additional fee.
To enter the territory of Aquapark Sofia, you need to buy a ticket from the cash desks at the entrance or an online voucher from our website.

Payments on the territory of Aquapark Sofia
* Before entering Aquapark Sofia, each client receives a bracelet (watch), which provides access to the Aquapark.
* The bracelets have a chip, which allows them to be used as a payment card when purchasing additional services (food, drinks, lockers, safe). For this purpose, it is necessary to pre-load the bracelet with a deposit amount.
* The bracelets are loaded with money at the Deposit Boxes, which are located immediately after passing the turnstiles and security at the entrance. The deposit amount can be paid in cash or by card. If the amount is insufficient, it can be loaded again.
* If there is an unspent amount by the end of the stay, it will be refunded again at the Deposit Boxes before leaving the Aquapark.
* Upon leaving the Aquapark, the bracelets are returned and deactivated. Unspent amounts cannot be returned after leaving the Aquapark and surrendering the bracelet. Deposited amounts cannot be refunded for a lost bracelet.
* The bracelets are waterproof and for security reasons it is recommended not to take them off during the entire stay.
* A compensation fee of 20€ / 39.12 BGN is due for a lost or damaged bracelet.

Parking
A parking lot with over 500 spaces is available to all visitors.
Sunbeds and umbrellas
The available sunbeds and umbrellas are free to use, therefore no advance reservation is made for them. Please note that purchasing a voucher in advance does not guarantee free sunbeds and umbrellas.

Changing rooms and WC
For the comfort of our visitors, the following are provided:

Medical first aid point
Aquapark Sofia has a contract with the hospital “XXXXXXXXX”, which provides specialists on hand in case of emergency medical care.
Children’s animation
We know that when children have fun, their parents are happy. In addition to the water attractions, every day our animators will provide additional opportunities for fun for our youngest visitors.
FOR AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT
Locker or safe rental
On the territory of Aquapark Sofia, you do not need cash or bank cards. In case you cannot ensure constant supervision of your personal belongings, we recommend renting a place to store them.
Safe – suitable for money, keys, documents, jewelry, small valuables.
Rental price – €4 / 7.82 BGN
Locker – suitable for a bag, backpack, clothes, shoes, etc.
Rental price – €3 / 5.87 BGN
* Locker/safe rental is subject to availability.
* Before renting, a deposit amount must be loaded into the bracelet.
* When renting, an amount of €3 / 5.87 BGN is blocked for each respective key. After releasing the locker/safe and returning the key, the blocked amount is released and can be taken from the Deposit Box.
