Slides are those large chutes that you slide down, and the water in them is just enough to make it easier. However, some of these slides end in a pool with a depth of 120 cm. However, from the end of the slide to the exit from the pool, you have to move on your own / swim. For this reason, there are also restrictions on their use by children under 120 cm.

Rescuers have the right to restrict the use of facilities if they deem it would endanger safety.

At the entrance, security, and at each slide, there is a meter where you can measure your child’s height to determine which slides they will not be allowed on.

Aquapark Sofia is a place that offers everything you need to spend a whole day on its territory, without having to go out. If this is still necessary, our security guards will assist you with this.
When leaving the Aquapark, the security guards will take and store your bracelet until you return.

The use of sun loungers and umbrellas is included in the entrance fee until they are exhausted. This means that everyone has the right to sit wherever they wish upon entering the Aquapark. For this reason, we cannot reserve and limit their use by other visitors.

The sun, the wind, the clouds are among those things we cannot control. As a place where water literally flows anyway, we do not close or stop facilities unless absolutely necessary for safety reasons.

According to the rules of Aquapark Sofia, no refunds are given for tickets already purchased due to deteriorating weather conditions.

Always check the detailed forecast for the day. Often the rain forecast is for certain hours, which may not coincide with the time of visiting the water park. Or it may be only short showers, which are rather cooling. And a wet person is not afraid of rain, right?

The water in the pools is NOT mineral with an average temperature between 23-27 C. The temperature may vary depending on weather conditions.
The water in the pools is treated according to the requirements of the HEI.

We remind you that the average body temperature is around 36 C. This means that the water temperature maintained here feels lukewarm.

All of our facilities are designed with strict safety requirements in mind. Some of the facilities have height, age, and weight restrictions.
It is mandatory to follow the lifeguards’ instructions for using the facilities, including any restrictions.

We believe that people who visit Aquapark Sofia have the sole purpose of having fun. If it turns out that you have forgotten, lost or do not know where your personal belongings may be, you can contact the security guards or the Quality Manager for assistance. In case someone has found and handed over what you lost, we will return it to you.

Aquapark Sofia is not responsible for lost personal belongings that are left unattended.

The sun and water in combination always lead to thirst and hunger. That’s why we have tried to have food and drinks for all tastes. Fast food restaurants offer all options: burgers, doner kebabs, pizzas, fries, pancakes, ice cream and more.

Aquapark Sofia is a place that offers a comprehensive entertainment service. The establishments on its territory can only be visited by those who have purchased an entrance ticket.

Aquapark Sofia is a favorite place for teenagers and they are welcome to visit us.

Minors (under 14) are not allowed without an adult companion.

When visitors are under 18 years of age, even if they have turned 14, we recommend that they have an adult companion with them who is responsible and makes decisions in case of unforeseen situations.

For the convenience of all visitors, payment for additional services on the territory of Aquapark Sofia is with the so-called watches – waterproof bracelets with an electronic chip, which you receive at the cash desks. After passing the turnstiles, they are activated, so that you can use them as a debit card for payment. You can top it up with money at the Deposit boxes, located immediately after entering, and you can do it with cash or a bank card. The maximum amount deposited in one bracelet is 500 BGN/255.64 €. Again at the Deposit box and necessarily before leaving the Aquapark, you can take the rest of your money if you have not spent the entire amount.

Orders are not accepted if there is an insufficient amount in bracelet.

Before you head out to order food and drinks, check and if necessary add more money to your bracelet to make sure you have enough to order.

The water slides are not suitable for pregnant women and cannot be used by people with motor deficits. People with motor disabilities enter for free. Their companions pay the full amount of the respective entrance fee. Women with advanced pregnancy benefit from a discount – price for children up to 130 cm.

Different discounts cannot be combined. For example, a discount for over 65 years old cannot be combined with other discounts for TELK. There is no discount on a promotional ticket or one with an already applied discount.

If you are a family with children of different ages and heights or a company of several families, you can calculate in advance the different options that will be most beneficial to you.

We trust that all our visitors comply with our rules and requirements. However, as with any place visited by hundreds of people, in order to ensure safety and compliance with Aquapark Sofia Rules, at the discretion of the security at the entrance, luggage may be checked.

It is not permitted to bring food, drinks, weapons, or other items that may endanger the safety of others. Baby food should not be in glass jars.

If you are carrying baby food or have prior permission for special food, inform the security guards.

Aquapark Sofia is the perfect place where children, literally from babies to teenagers, can have fun. For this purpose, in addition to the water facilities, we have provided animators to make sure that at the end of the day the children are exhausted from happiness and games. But the control over the children, where they go, to which pools and facilities, is entirely in the hands of the parents. Your children are your responsibility, even when they are having fun with the animators.
