Regarding minors and minors
Persons under the age of 14 must visit Aquapark Sofia with a parent or an adult companion. Without one, they will not be allowed on the territory of Aquapark Sofia. Minors cannot accompany persons under the age of 14.
Persons between the ages of 14 and 16 may visit Aquapark Sofia unaccompanied, but only with a previously signed declaration from a parent or guardian, containing a contact telephone number, certifying that the parent has been notified that the person is in Aquapark Sofia
Persons over the age of 16 may visit Aquapark Sofia freely, unaccompanied.
Persons from 14 to 18 years of age may be asked to show their ID card to an employee at the Aquapark Sofia cash desks in order to confirm their age.

Regarding your safety
For your optimal safety, all facilities have restrictions on age, health, height and weight of guests who can use them. Do not risk the extreme if you are not in good health and have heart, joint or other specific diseases. Water slides are not suitable for pregnant women!
What do you need to know?
Bring towels, swimsuits and hats, slippers or flip-flops and beach cosmetics. If you are with a baby: baby food and water, and definitely swim diapers.
Does security have the right to check my luggage?
You are not allowed to bring in food, drinks (including water), glass bottles and sharp objects, balls, roller skates and other devices that may pose a danger to visitors and employees.
Pets allowance
Pets are not allowed on the territory of Aquapark Sofia.
