Rules of the water park

The rules at Aquapark Sofia are designed to ensure the comfort and safety of all visitors. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with them.

1. The following are not allowed on the Aquapark Sofia territory:

food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (including water), glass bottles;
weapons, sharp objects, flammable liquids and materials;
frisbees, balls, skateboards, roller skates, hoverboards and other similar equipment that may pose a danger to visitors and/or employees

2. No refunds or compensation will be given in the event of worsening weather conditions. Aquapark Sofia reserves the right to limit the use of the facilities in unsuitable weather conditions, without paying compensation.
3. To use the facilities of Aquapark Sofia, visitors must be in good health and not suffer from conditions such as: heart disease, back, neck and nape problems, surgical stitches or high blood pressure, mental, physical or chronic problems, or be caused by potential medical problems. Water slides are not suitable for pregnant women. People with injuries (casts, bandages) and people suffering from infectious diseases are not allowed to use attractions.
4. For safety and security purposes, all facilities have instructions for their use, including restrictions on health, height, weight, age or the need for an adult companion. Compliance with the instructions is mandatory.
5. Lifeguards monitor the safety and proper use of the facilities and have the right to restrict access to any of them in case of failure to comply with the restrictions or instructions.
6. Some of the facilities are extreme and their use carries a possible risk, which you accept as a person responsible for your actions. You are required to follow the warnings and restrictions that are marked on each facility and the instructions of the staff.
7. Please monitor each attraction in advance and assess whether it is safe for you to use it. You know your physical condition best and have the ability to. Aquapark Sofia is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur due to your own poor judgment or failure to follow the instructions.
8. For safety reasons, the use of glasses, mobile phones, cameras, selfie sticks and other technical devices is not allowed while using the slides and facilities.
9. To ensure the comfort and safety of all visitors, rearranging or reserving a place in the queue to use an attraction is strictly prohibited. Guests who violate this policy may be removed from the capital attraction.
10. Visitors to Aquapark Sofia are of different nationalities, gender, family status, religion. In order to ensure everyone’s comfort, it is necessary to be dressed in swimwear and/or clothing suitable for using the attractions. Not allowed: underwear, transparent swimsuits, monokinis, pants or T-shirts with metal accessories, zippers, jewelry and chains, buttons or clasps that can damage the surface of the slide or pierce the belt.
11. The available loungers and belts for the “Wave Pool” are in limited quantity. It is not allowed to keep the belt, as well as to save it for future use. It is not allowed to use the belt for purposes other than its intended purpose in a water attraction.
12. For your comfort, it is recommended to bring a towel, sunscreen, sun hat and other personal beach accessories. Children with regular diapers/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Please plan and provide diapers/diapers for swimming in advance.
13. On the territory of Aquapark Sofia, most of the pavement and grass areas are wet and slippery, therefore, in order not to injure yourself or others, please do not care.
14. All photos or video recordings taken on the territory of Aquapark Sofia are for personal use only. Their use for commercial or other purposes without the consent of the Aquapark is prohibited.
15. Aquapark Sofia is not responsible for stolen or lost items. There are lockers and safes available to visitors for an additional fee.
16. Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas.
17. Pets are not allowed on the territory of Aquapark Sofia.
18. All attractions and facilities stop working 30 minutes before the end of working hours.
19. For a lost or damaged watch/bracelet, a compensation fee of 20 BGN/10.22€ is payable
20. Entrance fees, opening hours and show program hours are subject to change without notice.
21. Minors (under 14 years old) visitors to Aquapark Sofia must be accompanied by their parents, guardians, custodians or other adults who will pay for their care.
Minors (14 to 16 years old) visitors are recommended to be accompanied by an adult companion who has the right to make decisions.

22. By entering Aquapark Sofia, you agree that you may be photographed and videotaped. Photographs and videotaped may be taken on the territory of the Aquapark for the purposes of marketing, advertising and public presentation of Aquapark Sofia. By visiting the site, you consent to the possible use of your image in such materials, without additional notice or remuneration. If you do not wish to be included in photographs or video materials, please inform our staff in advance.

23. In the event that a representative/employee of Aquapark Sofia determines that the order and security of the Aquapark territory are threatened due to theft, aggressive behavior, action against the park rules, failure to comply with the waiting order at the attractions and failure to comply with the instructions for using the facilities, these employees are authorized to restrict access to visitors or to take them outside the Aquapark territory, without refunding their entrance fee.

23. By purchasing a ticket/voucher, each visitor agrees and accepts these rules for visiting and using the facilities at Aquapark Sofia.

24. Compliance with the Rules of Aquapark Sofia is MANDATORY! This will ensure you and all other visitors a safe and enjoyable experience!
